Objectives

The 2023 project continues the strategic line that was already being implemented with the 2022 project. The commitment of Rey Juan Carlos University to internationalization, therefore, remains as a fundamental axis and frames the objective of the 2023 project in the same, being the tool to promote incoming and outgoing mobility, both for studies and for internships, teaching staff and staff with ambitious objectives around the 3 axes of the E 21/27 program: inclusion, environment, and technology. URJC is constantly evolving with the processes that materialize the program lines, so that in each call what has been necessary in previous calls to improve the efficiency of the process and the budgetary execution of the subsidized funds is implemented. With the 2023 project, the evolution of its processes and technical support continues. Work is being promoted to maintain the increase in supply, encouraging participation and paving the way to achieve the objectives set in the new program for future calls, not only for the university community but also for society. Efforts have been intensified to reach a greater number of participants and a wider range of organizations, focusing on their qualitative impact and contributing to creating a more inclusive and cohesive community, more ecological and adapted to the digital world. More assistance has been implemented for special needs or socioeconomic factors, although in our case, the funding for this project is still short for the number of participants. However, we continue working to ensure that the mobility aid for students is sufficient. We have needed funds for practices that have not been executed with the corresponding transfer. We have successfully implemented mobility within the combined intensive programs (BIP) as participants, and reached postgraduate students through short-term mobility. We continue to promote the calls for BIP as organizers, although this is more complicated due to internal regulations, but we hope to implement this subprogram with the next project. Promote internationalization on campus with combined mobility programs that reach the entire university community. Therefore, we can say that we have achieved what we set out to do.
