Nazaret Fundazioa is a Vocational Training institution whose objective is to provide high-quality comprehensive education, to foster the employability of students, and to respond to the needs of students, companies, and society. To achieve this, Nazaret has a clear commitment to innovation, internationalisation and sustainablity which are fundamental transversal axels in the centre’s strategy and quality improvement. Specifically, and in line with the internationalisation plan of the centre 2019–2024 and 2024–2027, the objectives of this project are: To advance towards a model of INTERNATIONAL HIGHER VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING CENTRE. TO MAKE INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCES ACCESSIBLE TO EVERYONE, in order to improve transversal and professional competences to work and develop in a globalised world, a competence highly demanded by companies. TO IDENTIFY AND DEVELOP INTERNATIONAL KNOWLEDGE NETWORKS IN THE FIELD OF HIGHER VET, to foster innovation, design new training itineraries, carry out exchanges with leading schools, and make progress in digitalisation, sustainability, inclusion and new professional models. All these objectives also include the Erasmus+ programme priorities of inclusion and diversity, digital transformation, environment, and participation in democratic life. In this context, and linked to LINE 1 “Advancing towards a model of INTERNATIONAL HIGHER VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING CENTRE”, with the implementation of this project it was expected to achieve: a) To carry out quality international mobilities for higher vocational education students, providing professional and personal experiences that would result in the acquisition of advanced competences for greater success in employability and contribution in companies. b) To increase the number of international student mobilities in order to advance in the model of an international vocational training centre. c) To implement international staff mobilities to foster joint activities and programmes that contribute to the improvement and international character of the centre. With regard to the objectives expected in relation to LINE 2 “TO MAKE INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCES ACCESSIBLE TO EVERYONE”, the aim of promoting equal opportunities and inclusion can be highlighted. Therefore, one of the focuses of this project was to provide such opportunities to a significant number of students with fewer opportunities, in order to promote inclusion and equal opportunities. Finally, and in line with LINE 3 “TO IDENTIFY AND DEVELOP INTERNATIONAL KNOWLEDGE NETWORKS IN THE FIELD OF HIGHER VET”, this project also sought to consolidate and expand the network of international centres, to carry out joint activities that foster improvement, innovation, digitalisation, sustainability and inclusion in our institution.
