The project is aimed at providing students of higher education cycles with an international experience when doing their on-the-job training (FCT). The objectives we want our students to achieve are: - To learn new work methodologies. Working abroad involves facing new work routines that may be very different from those we have in Spain. - Encourage the knowledge of new cultures. - Acquire social skills. Being alone away from home means that have to open up in order to make friends in their new context, making their degree of independence much greater. - Improve professional skills. Our students, as recent graduates, have not yet developed a very attractive resume for companies, so the fact that they have completed their internships makes it more attractive. - Networking. Having contacts abroad is another feature that improves the employability of our students. - Improve the lenguage of teh host country.
