Objectives

The objectives achieved during the project's implementation were: - To provide students enrolled in advanced training courses at our consortium member centers with experience in foreign companies. This will help them develop key employability skills, such as communication, adaptation, problem-solving, and intercultural skills. This will not only increase their employability but also offer a comprehensive view of their education as European citizens. - To facilitate both the professional and personal development of students and faculty participating in mobility activities. - To strengthen the international dimension of the educational programs offered by the consortium members, as well as our own association, which is committed to the SDGs and the socioeconomic development of our region. - Modernize our organization and the consortium's organizations by increasing and strengthening our international network, exchanging knowledge and best practices, and constantly monitoring innovation in various aspects related to higher vocational education (digitalization, sustainability of centers, methodologies, role of teachers, etc.). - Implement new international mobility options, in this case combined mobility for studies, with the aim of expanding the target student population for our international activities, facilitating the inclusion of students who, for various reasons (maturity, economic, dual-learning students), cannot access longer physical mobility options. - Integrate internationalization activities from home into the curriculum of higher vocational training courses, applying internationalization as part of the methodology applied with our students. - Develop skills related to internationalization, both among teachers and students, in particular: career guidance, awareness of and participation in global challenges such as immigration, climate change, and digitalization, and reinforce attitudes such as tolerance, respect, and understanding of different perspectives, as well as the elimination of stereotypes.
