Our center, Taller de Músics, has had international ambitions since its foundation, in line with the long-standing tradition of our institution. A key element in the continuous improvement of the quality of teaching and research at ESEM is the exchange of information and experience with foreign schools, as well as being present in those areas where we can best represent and defend our interests. As a result, this international drive has been reflected, on one hand, in our participation in European and international school networks, with the aim of presenting our school's project and contributing to the development of new educational initiatives in higher music education; and on the other hand, in mobility programs, which continue to grow year after year. When we launched this Erasmus project, our main expectation was to strengthen the academic and cultural mobility of our students and staff, promoting the internationalization of our institution. Additionally, we aimed to enhance the quality of music education and professional training through collaboration with European institutions, as well as to expand opportunities for international exchange and cooperation. We hoped that this initiative would enrich the educational experience, foster the development of intercultural skills, and promote greater European integration within our academic environment.
