The aim of this proposal is for the Erasmus+ Higher Education programme to contribute to the modernisation and internationalisation of our education. To promote the employability of our students, strengthening their sense of European identity. All this within a framework of respect for the environment, civic engagement and equal opportunities for disadvantaged students. In order to guarantee the proper implementation of the programme, the institute has a quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard. The activities initially planned are student mobility for internships and staff mobility for training purposes. The organisation aims to advance its collaboration with its regular partners and establish partnerships for cooperation and exchanges for internships and partnerships for innovation. The direct beneficiaries of this proposal are the approximately 300 students who each year pursue higher education in the professional fields of Administration and Management, Personal Image, and IT and Communications at our organisation, and the more than 50 teachers who teach these subjects. This proposal indirectly benefits all members of our organisation, which, in addition to higher education, offers secondary school, sixth form and intermediate vocational training courses. We wanted to continue the successful trajectory of previous years by generating more demand for enrolment, increasing the range of inclusive programmes, improving sustainability, and maximising teacher performance to achieve the best results.
