The first objective is to provide all our Higher Vocational Education students with the opportunity to carry out internships in a European company. We offer five Higher Vocational Training programs, so our goal is to ensure at least one mobility for each program, so that all students have the chance to access this opportunity. Once abroad, the objective is the students’ practical training, the improvement of their language skills, and the knowledge of the culture and way of life in another European country. The second objective is staff training, offering the possibility of doing so through a course or in a European institution. The training should focus on areas relevant to the school, such as internationalization, methodologies in technical fields, or even new technologies. In addition, the experience of staff mobilities involves both personal development and language improvement. Another objective we expected to achieve with this project was to create and expand our European network. In recent years, we have gradually increased the number of partners. With this project, we have managed to broaden our network by collaborating with partners from various countries, both by sending participants and by hosting them. Finally, another objective has been the internationalization of our institution. Making the Erasmus+ program known to the entire educational community of our Vocational Training school and involving them in it. Normalizing the sharing of our school with European students and teachers, as well as normalizing that our students and teachers have European experiences.
