The main intention behind developing this project was to promote the internationalisation of our educational centre, increase job opportunities for our graduates and expand our European and global networks. Furthermore, we are committed to enhancing the communication skills of our students, teaching staff and collaborators. By introducing more European projects to our centre, we aim to foster a greater sense of European identity within our community, both politically and socially. We want our educational community to feel that it is an integral part of a large European community, opening minds to change, progress and, in short, innovation. We have three types of mobility: Students on work placements in European companies. We send students abroad to complete their compulsory training period in workplaces. This allows them to complete their training in companies abroad. This enables them to develop and improve what they have learned during their academic studies. They also work on their autonomy, communication and social skills. They collaborate in searching for companies to host them and are completely independent when it comes to finding accommodation and transportation. However, assistance is available if needed. Teachers and administrative and service staff (PAS) travel to European institutions, preferably for five-day periods, to improve their knowledge in their field, expand their professional networks to establish future collaborations and share new ideas with colleagues and students. This This refreshes the educational offering at our centre. Conversely, they convey concerns to us, highlight our strengths and promote continuous improvement in the institute's educational offerings. Guest professionals, who are experts from European companies, visit our school and hold workshops and talks. In these, they showcase their activities and the working and social characteristics of their countries of origin. This type of mobility enables the whole school community to learn about other realities and makes the Erasmus Project tangible for everyone.
