Within the framework of this project, and in coherence with the internationalisation strategy of our centre, CIFP MEKA has promoted the participation of its students and teaching staff in various international mobilities, which will be detailed below. Through these experiences, we aim to achieve the objectives set out in this strategy. The general objective of the project is to consolidate CIFP MEKA as a centre open to Europe, attractive for both students and staff, offering opportunities for the development of technical, intercultural, linguistic and personal competences. With this, it aims to contribute to the formation of critical, active citizens, committed to social and environmental reality, and aware of their belonging to the European context. With regard to the specific objectives aimed at students, the following are highlighted: 1. To improve the employability of students by strengthening their technical and personal competences. 2. To foster key competences for lifelong learning, such as digital competences, as well as the promotion of values such as equity, non-discrimination, inclusion and responsible and sustainable behaviour from an environmental perspective. 3. To enhance students' linguistic competences in foreign languages. 4. To foster the international dimension of the student body, promoting greater openness and participation in international contexts, as well as favouring internationalisation in the local environment. On the other hand, the objectives for the teaching staff of CIFP MEKA are aimed at their professional development and the continuous improvement of educational quality through the international dimension. These objectives are: 1. To develop and improve the professional competences of the teaching staff, especially in innovative teaching methodologies and practical training in European contexts. 2. To strengthen teachers' linguistic competences, facilitating their ability to communicate in multilingual environments and to participate actively in international networks and projects. 3. To promote learning and the incorporation of good teaching practices, through direct contact with other European educational institutions, favouring pedagogical innovation and methodological updating. 4. To promote teachers' commitment to European values, such as equity, inclusion, sustainability and active citizenship, contributing to the comprehensive education of students in a globalised context.
