This Higher Education KA131 project was created with the aim of offering our students international learning experiences that strengthen their personal and professional skills, enhance their employability, and support technological innovation in line with the demands of today’s labor market. The initiative is aligned with the principles of the European Education and Training Area, adapted to the specific characteristics and needs of our educational institution and its surrounding context. Both our European Development Plan and Erasmus Policy Statement outline a set of key objectives that have guided the design of this project: Strengthen students’ professional competencies through learning experiences that complement the education received at our institution. Increase the employability of Higher Vocational Education and Training (HVET) students by supporting their transition and integration into the labor market. Improve language proficiency, with a particular focus on English as a global communication tool. Promote personal development, encouraging autonomy, responsibility, and maturity in intercultural contexts. Foster interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities, essential in collaborative and multicultural professional environments. Drive innovation in teaching practices, through the adoption of active, student-centered methodologies that enhance learning outcomes and promote educational excellence. Promote inclusion and diversity, ensuring equal access to opportunities for all students. Broaden knowledge and awareness of European culture, introducing students to the cultural richness of Europe and the professional opportunities available within the European labor market.
