With the launch of this Erasmus+ project, IES Politécnico Hermenegildo Lanz set out to achieve a series of strategic goals aimed at improving both student training and the educational quality of the school. Among the main objectives are: To promote student employability by providing them with international experiences that enable them to acquire professional skills in real-life contexts, improve their personal autonomy, and increase their ability to adapt to diverse and multicultural work environments. To promote innovation and continuous improvement in educational processes by incorporating best practices observed in other European systems, encouraging the exchange of teaching methodologies, and strengthening the school's international dimension. Enhancing communication skills in foreign languages, especially English, as a key tool for mobility, professional development, and integration into a globalized labor market. This linguistic improvement has not only focused on students but also on participating teachers, contributing to greater internationalization of the faculty.
