The project's main objective was to offer Advanced Vocational Training students the opportunity to complete internships in European companies. This would improve their employability, gain professional experience in an international context, and develop key skills such as independence, adaptation to new environments, and linguistic competence. Furthermore, the project aimed to promote the professional development of teachers through internships that would allow them to improve their language skills and gain knowledge of other educational systems and teaching methodologies. The purpose of direct observation in European schools was to identify best practices, compare pedagogical approaches, and assess their potential implementation in our school to enhance the quality of our educational offering.
