Objectives

With this project, we aimed to continue with the center's internalization strategy. We wanted to maintain Erasmus pro mobility for students in the higher grades of the professional families of Administration and IT, as well as teacher training through observation and the exchange of experiences with teachers and professionals from different educational centers and companies in Europe. We aim to help teachers improve their language skills, as well as their teaching skills, and to apply motivating and innovative strategies in the classroom. Sharing experiences with European teachers and professionals contributes to this goal. Another of our aims is for our teaching team to gain first-hand knowledge of how dual training is applied in Europe. Both the Netherlands and Germany have extensive experience in dual training. We also wanted to continue improving the digital skills of both students and teachers. We are confident that mobility programs provide the educational community with an extensive network of contacts, which will enable the improvements described above, as well as the possibility of increasing the number of collaborating companies and the possibility of participating in other projects. Finally, we wanted to ensure that the educational community could enjoy the opportunity for personal development that Erasmus+ mobility programs provide, learning about different cultures and ways of life. Our aim is for them to acquire personal skills that they can apply throughout their personal and professional lives.
