Objectives of the Erasmus+ Mobility Project In alignment with the principles established in the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) 2021-2027 and in accordance with the guidelines of the Erasmus+ program, this project is inserted in the internationalization strategy of our center, with the aim of strengthening its European dimension and its international projection. The main objectives pursued with the implementation of this project are detailed below: Consolidation of International Relations and Creation of Strategic Alliances A fundamental objective of the project was to consolidate existing relationships with educational institutions and collaborating organizations in Europe, as well as to promote the creation of new strategic alliances. These alliances seek mutual enrichment among the participating institutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of educational quality. Promotion of Good Practices for employability Priority was given to the implementation of good practices that favor inclusive learning adapted to the needs of students in the context of current higher education. In particular, the project focused on students of the Professional Families offered by our educational center: Administration, Food Industries and Chemistry. The objective was to offer them mobility experiences in professional internships in companies in other EU countries, so that they could develop advanced technical competencies and key transversal skills in multicultural environments, which, in turn, would favor their employability. Teacher Professional Development For the teaching staff, the project promoted continuous professional development through participation in specific training courses and Job Shadowing mobilities. This approach sought to update their pedagogical methodologies, enrich their teaching work and strengthen international cooperation relations. Improving Language and Cultural Competences In line with the general objectives of the Erasmus+ program, it was envisaged that mobility would contribute to the improvement of language and cultural competences of both students and teachers. The opportunity to live in an immersive environment facilitated the learning of foreign languages and fostered greater understanding and respect for other cultures, essential aspects in today's global context. Visibility and Participation in the Erasmus+ Program Another important objective was to increase the visibility of the Erasmus+ program, which was expected to increase the interest and participation of students and teachers in future mobilities. This approach not only enriched the educational experience, but also contributed to attracting new students to the center, thanks to the international dimension that the project brought.
