The project aims to ensure that both students and participating teachers at our institution acquire the personal, academic, and professional competences necessary to face their academic and professional future with greater confidence. The mobilities carried out in the current year, as well as those implemented in previous years and those planned for the future (which we expect to increase in upcoming editions), are intended to constitute successful experiences that serve as a reference for future participants, inspiring, motivating, and encouraging them to take part in an international experience. For our organization, these mobilities represent a key element in the future employability of students and in the professional development of teachers. Therefore, the objective is to increase the number of teacher mobilities, as their participation is essential to convey to students the importance of internationalization and to reinforce the institutional commitment to the European dimension of education. Our vision as an institution focuses on working for the future of individuals, fostering in both students and teachers the acquisition of an international outlook, which we consider indispensable to address the challenges of an increasingly globalized, inclusive, and digital society.
