University Francisco de Vitoria (UFV) international mobility projects are a fundamental part of UFV's international strategy and are always present in its Strategic Plan (2024/2028 current plan). The main objectives are: • To achieve a university staff with an international teaching and research profile. • To enable and promote the students international experience to boost their leadership role in the coming world transformation. • To imbue higher education with an international vision, in dialogue with other nationalities and cultures. • To develop intercultural competences and skills that facilitate integration into the labour market. The mobility activities are directly established through key actions in line with the strategy: attracting talented students to UFV, preparing them for the global labour market by including international mobilities in their training periods, as well as ensuring a successful integration between international and national students, and teaching and administrative staff. During the implementation of this project, intensive work has been carried out on the development and deployment of a dedicated mobility management platform, framed within UFV’s digitalization strategy. The aim has been to make processes more efficient and productive, while providing participants with a faster and more transparent service.
