The objective of the project was to carry out 18 mobilities: 8 of them for Job Shadowing of Vocational Education and Training staff, and 10 for students doing internships from different training programs offered at CENTRO SAN VALERO. For our teaching staff, it is a unique opportunity to observe teaching methodologies in other countries, while also establishing international contacts and collaborations. For our students, it represents the experience of working in companies outside Spain, learning from their methodologies, improving their expectations, and expanding their career opportunities in the European labor market.
