When we launched this Erasmus+ KA131 project, our aim was to give our students the opportunity to enjoy an international experience that would help them grow both personally and professionally. We wanted them to be able to do internships and mobility programmes abroad, improve their language skills, learn to function in other work environments, and gain autonomy and confidence. We know that each mobility programme not only benefits the participating student, but also has an impact on the improvement of our centre. We also wanted to reinforce the “international” vision of IES La Laboral. One of the most important objectives was to encourage everyone to take part in mobility programmes, both those who can afford it and those who cannot. To this end, 14 mobility programmes were considered for students for internships and for teachers for training.
