With this project we wanted to achieve key objectives in the field of Vocational Education and Training, both for students and teaching staff. Student mobilities were carried out through interships in various European countries - Croatia, Montenegro and the Netherlands. These experiences enabled our students to develop their professional and personal skills, improve their foreign language learning proficiency and broaden their understanding of different cultures and working environments. Moreover, teaching staff took part in mobilities in Germany, Italy and Portugal, with the aim of enhancing their continuous professional developmen, updating their knowledge and teaching methodologies, and improving their teaching skills by job shadowing or observation of good practices.
