The Erasmus HED project aims to consolidate and enrich international mobility activities at our center, especially in the field of vocational training. With over two decades of experience in European programs such as Comenius, Leonardo, and Erasmus, our primary objective is to enhance the value of the Workplace Training module, thereby strengthening the quality and scope of our training offerings. In line with the strategic objectives of Europe 2030 and the principles established in the ECHE Charter 2021-2027, we aspire to: - Expand the network of collaboration with European institutions and companies, promoting an open and connected educational environment. - Improve youth employability by providing practical experiences that prepare students for the job market. - Guarantee equal opportunities, promoting inclusion and equitable access to international experiences. - Develop personal and professional skills that reinforce students' autonomy, initiative, and professional prospects. - Promote language learning and knowledge of other cultures, fostering intercultural competence and European awareness. - Deepen the technical skills specific to each training cycle through practical experience in real-world environments that complement academic training. In short, the Erasmus HED project is a key tool for internationalizing our training, improving educational quality, and preparing our students for the challenges of the European labor market.
