By implementing the 2023 project, we set the following objectives: *General objectives: -Promote the European mobility of higher education students and staff, ensuring inclusion and equal opportunities. -Diversify the destination countries and expand the network of strategic partners. -Improve linguistic, digital, and transversal competences. -Contribute to building a European identity based on tolerance, respect, and active citizenship. -Promote sustainability and environmental awareness within the mobilities. -Foster innovation and modernization of the institution through international cooperation with companies and educational organisations. -Increase the motivation and active participation of both students and staff. -Digitalize project management, reducing the use of paper. -Position the institution as a regional reference in international mobility. -Encourage reciprocity by remaining open to hosting incoming mobilities. -Promote the academic recognition of traineeship experiences across the European Union. *Students: -Increase participation in Erasmus+ among second-year students from all higher vocational programmes, with special attention to newly established cycles or those with lower representation, ensuring inclusion. -Consolidate collaboration with existing partners while establishing new alliances. -Enhance employability and career prospects by developing students’ professional, linguistic, and personal competences. *Staff: -Facilitate training and job shadowing opportunities to share good practices, update teaching methodologies, and foster pedagogical innovation. -Establish cooperative links that may lead to future joint projects. -Strengthen the internationalization and modernization of the institution through the direct experience of staff in European partner institutions.
