By implementing the 2023-1-ES01-KA131-HED-000129550 project, the main objective was to promote the internationalization of our educational institution through active participation in both student and staff mobilities. With 2 student mobilities and 5 staff mobilities carried out, the aim was to enhance participants’ linguistic, professional, and personal skills, as well as to strengthen cooperation with European institutions. Additionally, the project sought to enrich the educational environment by exchanging best practices and incorporating new teaching and learning methodologies. Due to the variety of professional families and training cycles taught at IES Federica Montseny, the school's philosophy has always been aimed at improving competences and abilities to work in an international environment. Therefore, within the Strategic Plan for Internationalisation, the objectives of our project have been: - To increase the mobility of our educational community, guaranteeing a high level of quality in its organisation and fostering the acquisition of competences to work in an open international environment and favouring digital skills, with gender balance in the mobilities implemented and boosting inclusion in the process of selecting candidates. - Promote knowledge and awareness of the EU and its common values, contribute to sustainable development, work, social integration and cohesion and the reinforcement of European identity. - To provide our students with an experience that allows them to reinforce their personal autonomy and develop their social skills. In addition to all this, the main objective was to complete it as successfully as possible and with the best results.
