The Regional Ministry of Education of the Junta de Castilla y León, through the Special Regime Education Service of the Directorate General for Vocational Training and Special Regime Education. The coordination of the Consortium is managed by the Foundation for Universities and Higher Education of Castilla y León (FUESCyL), a non-profit organization whose objectives include the promotion and development of artistic, musical, and performing arts education, as well as the organization, development, and management of internationalization initiatives for the university system and higher education in the region of Castilla y León. In line with the ECHE framework of each participating institution, the main goal of the Consortium is to foster the European dimension of higher artistic education centers in Castilla y León, thereby contributing to high-quality training and a high level of qualification for both students and staff. Within this project, the objectives have been achieved as follows: New methodologies and pedagogical approaches inspired by international experiences have been adopted, enriching educational practices in the participating institutions. The academic curriculum has been enhanced through the integration of global perspectives and best practices from other educational systems. Intercultural competencies have been promoted among students, teaching staff, and administrative personnel, improving their ability to operate in multicultural environments. Participants have significantly improved their language skills, facilitating effective communication in international contexts. International mobility to non-associated countries has increased, expanding the geographical scope of the programme. Collaborative networks with foreign higher education institutions have been established and strengthened, fostering academic and administrative cooperation. Academic staff and students have accessed professional development opportunities through teaching and training experiences abroad. Participation in the programme has contributed to the personal growth of beneficiaries, enhancing their autonomy and adaptability to new environments. The international visibility and prestige of the participating institutions have been reinforced through active involvement in Erasmus+. Progress has been made in the Consortium’s internationalization strategy, increasing its attractiveness to international students and partners. The local community has benefited from the transfer of knowledge and skills acquired by participants during the project. Digital tools and innovative technologies have been progressively incorporated to improve the quality and accessibility of Erasmus+ activities. The use of sustainable means of transport has been promoted, contributing to the reduction of the environmental impact associated with mobility. Specific resources and support have been provided for students from disadvantaged backgrounds or with special needs, ensuring equitable access to mobility opportunities. The project managed by the Arte-CyL Consortium has provided a decisive boost to the internationalization of higher artistic education in Castilla y León, achieving the proposed objectives and consolidating a more open, innovative, and European-connected educational network. The results obtained demonstrate substantial progress in meeting the proposed quantitative goals, improving the quality of training, developing key competencies among students and staff, and strengthening strategic partnerships with institutions in other countries. Furthermore, inclusion, sustainability, and digital transformation have been promoted as cross-cutting priorities throughout the project.
