The main objective of this project was to promote the internationalisation of the Real Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático (RESAD) by encouraging the mobility of students and staff within the Erasmus+ Programme framework. We expected to: Improve the academic and artistic training of our students through international experiences that would allow them to develop professional, linguistic, and cultural competences in leading European environments. Enhance participants’ employability by fostering transversal skills such as autonomy, adaptability, and teamwork in international contexts. Strengthen inter-institutional cooperation by consolidating networks with other higher education institutions specialised in dramatic arts in Europe, enabling future joint projects, exchange of good practices, and teaching synergies. Develop the international profile of our teaching and administrative staff, improving their management, teaching, and pedagogical innovation skills. Promote Erasmus+ horizontal priorities, such as inclusion and diversity, environmental sustainability (encouraging the use of green transport), digital transition (digitalising mobility management processes), and active participation in European democratic life. In short, we aimed to contribute to the academic and professional growth of our educational community and to reinforce RESAD’s role as a reference institution in higher education in dramatic arts at the European level.
