• Deploy an international higher education mobility project with institutions participating in the programme, including individual mobility for students (studies and internships) and staff (teaching and training), from which to articulate and consolidate the internationalization strategy of the UPO as a European higher education institution committed to the Erasmus Charter and European principles and values. • Promote access to mobility for all university groups, reinforcing internationalization policies: on campus, in teaching, in the university community, and internationalisation at home. • Strengthen alliances with strategic partners with a view to rolling out new initiatives within the framework of E+: European alliances, key actions, European degrees, thanks to the strengthening of mobility and academic exchange activities.
