International mobilities play a crucial role in the development and internationalization of an educational institution. Our Manuel Vázquez Montalbán Institute has once again experienced the benefits of these opportunities with the current project, not only for the direct participants but for the entire educational community. Mobilities provide a unique chance to achieve the strategic objectives set by the Erasmus+ program, contributing to the strengthening of skills, the improvement of students' educational practices, and the creation of a more inclusive and globally connected community. Mobilities have allowed our educational center to incorporate an international dimension into its educational offer, promoting the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and practices across different cultures. These programs support the implementation of quality, diverse, and future-oriented education, aligned with the goals of Erasmus+ 2021-2027, particularly in terms of social inclusion, sustainability, digitalization, and active participation in European citizenship. For higher education, Erasmus+ has been implemented with the goal of providing computer science students with an international experience that complements their academic training. Given that computer science is a constantly evolving field, it is essential for students to acquire not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills that prepare them for the challenges of the global labor market. Erasmus mobilities, with a duration of two months in international companies, allow students to apply their knowledge in a professional setting, work with cutting-edge technologies, and face real projects that offer a broader perspective of the sector. This experience enhances their technical skills, such as programming, project management, and problem-solving, while also developing transversal skills like teamwork, adaptability, and intercultural communication. Moreover, the Erasmus project has been implemented because it promotes internationalization, helping participants gain a global perspective on the computer science sector. This experience not only improves employment opportunities but also facilitates the development of an international professional network, which is essential for future careers. At the same time, the educational center benefits from collaboration with companies in other countries, enriching its educational offer and bringing students closer to best international practices. In summary, the implementation of this Erasmus project in higher education enables computer science students to receive comprehensive training, combining theory with practice in a global context, while enhancing their ability to adapt to the fast and constant changes of the sector.
