The main objective of this Erasmus+ project was to offer our students international learning opportunities that would allow them to develop personal, academic, and professional skills in a European environment. Through these mobilities, we aimed to improve the students’ employability and strengthen their preparation to integrate into an increasingly globalized and multicultural labor market. Specifically, four mobilities were carried out in Italy and Portugal: Three short-term mobilities, focused on the rapid acquisition of practical and digital skills, designed especially for students facing difficulties in undertaking a long-term mobility. One long-term mobility, which enabled a deeper immersion in the professional and cultural environment of the host country. In addition, we aimed to: Foster the acquisition of language skills, especially in Italian and English, improving intercultural communication. Promote participants’ autonomy and personal growth through the experience of living and working in another country. Encourage European values such as inclusion, diversity, and civic engagement, fostering cultural understanding and active participation in the community. Begin the path toward greater internationalization of our institution by establishing relationships with companies and partner organizations in Italy. With this project, INS Montsacopa sought to consolidate a mobility model that combines academic and practical training, offering students meaningful experiences that contribute both to their personal development and to strengthening our institution’s international profile.
