Objectives

The main objective of the project was to offer students and staff at CIFP Armeria Eskola the opportunity to participate in international mobility experiences that would contribute to their professional, personal, and academic development, as well as to the strengthening of the European dimension of the institution. This project aimed to enhance the students’ professional competences through placements in prestigious European institutions — such as the Green Academy in Denmark, BSMFM in Munich, and mboRijnland in the Netherlands — particularly in the industrial and technological sectors, thereby improving their employability and autonomy. It also sought to promote the continuous professional development of staff through the observation of best practices, engagement with innovative educational models, and the acquisition of new methodological and digital tools. In addition, the project aimed to reinforce the centre’s institutional strategy for internationalisation by expanding its network of European partners, embedding the principles of the Erasmus+ programme into its organisational culture, and promoting the values of inclusion, sustainability, active citizenship, and digital transformation. Ultimately, the project aspired to improve the quality of vocational education and training provided at the centre, broaden the horizons of both students and staff, and consolidate CIFP Armeria Eskola as an institution committed to modern, equitable, and European education.
