1. Improve the employability of internship students. Our institution offers advanced training courses: International Trade, Transport and Logistics, and Comprehensive Aesthetics and Well-being. The internationalization of students in all of these courses is very important for their training and improving their employability, especially in the courses belonging to the Commerce and Marketing studies. 2. Increase the number of enrollments in advanced training courses. The offer of internships through the Erasmus program is an additional attraction that increases the interest in enrolling at educational institutions that offer this option. Starting in 2023, we are seeing a 10% increase in enrollment, especially in the courses in the Commerce and Marketing. 3. Establish synergies with other institutions. Our institution needs to connect with similar higher education institutions in order to expand its internationalization. Cooperating with other European institutions expands our opportunities to participate in inspiring projects, modernizes our training offerings, and opens new horizons for our educational community.
