Since the 2009 academic year, the Public Integrated Vocational Training College (CIPFP) Ausiàs March has made internationalisation one of its core strategic priorities, with the objective of continuously enhancing the quality of the vocational education it provides. In this framework, the Erasmus+ KA131 project has been implemented as a key instrument to promote student and staff mobility, encourage pedagogical innovation, and strengthen the European dimension of the institution. The project aimed to achieve several objectives aligned with the priorities of the Erasmus+ programme: • Enhance the employability and professional skills of students, particularly through hands-on experiences in international settings. • Support the personal and professional development of teaching and administrative staff, fostering methodological innovation and the exchange of best practices. • Improve the quality and relevance of vocational education and training (VET) through cooperation with European companies and institutions. • Promote inclusion, equity, and the internationalisation of the institution, ensuring access to mobility opportunities for the entire educational community. During the implementation period, the European Projects Department successfully managed 10 student mobilities for work placements in companies located in Belgium and Italy, as well as 10 staff mobilities (teaching and administrative) to institutions in Italy, Germany, and Poland. All mobilities were carried out in accordance with the provisions set out in the corresponding grant agreement. Thanks to rigorous planning and efficient execution, the project objectives were fully achieved, resulting in a significant impact on both participants’ skills development and the international profile of the institution. Moreover, these activities contributed to strengthening ties with strategic European partners, enriching the educational offering and consolidating CIPFP Ausiàs March’s position as a reference in internationalised vocational training.
