From the International and Institutional Relations Department of EASD Seville, we have continued to strengthen the international projection of our school, building on the initiatives developed in previous years. The project has spanned two full academic years, with the main purpose of increasing interest in the Erasmus+ programme, encouraging greater student participation in mobility activities —particularly traineeships— and promoting the involvement of teaching staff. The implementation of Project 23 coincided with the closure of Projects 22 and 21, both of which had been extended due to the COVID pandemic and still had a significant part of their budgets unspent. This overlap had a direct impact on the volume of mobilities requested under Project 23, which was considerably lower than in previous calls. In any case, the strategy focused on further developing the following objectives, which we have been pursuing and improving through the last Erasmus+ projects: _To consolidate and enhance the quality of the internationalisation process of EASD Seville as an integral part of the school’s management. _To continue broadening our network of collaborations with European institutions, establishing new inter-institutional agreements. _To promote the knowledge of other cultures and languages within our school community, through the participation of both students and staff as well as through joint projects with other European centres. _To provide our students with opportunities to study or carry out internships in European institutions that are of great academic and professional value. _To manage and monitor student and staff mobilities, both incoming and outgoing, ensuring their proper implementation. _To finalise all administrative processes linked to exchanges, completing the documentation generated by students and staff as part of their mobilities. _To improve the protocols related to incoming mobilities and the integration of foreign students undertaking studies at our school.
