When implementing this project, our fundamental objectives have been: - To continue maintaining a quality educational offer through our participation in Erasmus+ KA131 projects, as this way we provide our students, teaching staff and support personnel the opportunity to further their education beyond their training stay in our facilities. Offering this great opportunity has made us a benchmark center when choosing training that allows our students to access an increasingly competitive and globalized job market. Regarding mobility for our staff, it also constitutes a factor for improving the professional and personal profile of our academic community. - To further promote mobility for both students and teachers so that it becomes the norm and is not seen as something extraordinary, but rather as an additional option that can attract more students to the center. - Expand the student mobility format, reinforcing the idea of carrying them out in the recent graduate modality. In this way, we have included participants whose academic and professional performance is very good and who participate in the FPDual modality. Throughout the entire promotion we carried out during these two years, we emphasized the advantage of carrying out these mobilities once they have completed their studies, having the opportunity to finish their internships in a company in our local area and completing their training in a foreign company. This fact has meant an added effort for the coordination of Erasmus+ and the Management Team of our center, as many of these recent graduate mobilities take place during the summer vacation period. - Continue expanding our collaborations with European companies to offer our students a wider range of opportunities when undertaking their Erasmus+ internships. In this way, when searching for companies from scratch, we work closely with the students' internship tutors to sign collaboration agreements with host institutions that provide our students with quality training, tailored to the demands established by the current regulations of each training cycle. - Continue participating in the common European project, with the added values of democracy, equality, justice, etc. Our educational offer must go beyond mere training of workers for an immediate future. It is our duty to also educate citizens with democratic and social values who actively participate in the daily life of our society in such a way that they contribute their values to create a fairer, safer, and more democratic environment.
