The El Arenal Integrated Public Vocational Training Center is a small center (approximately 450 students) that offers the Basic Degree (2 D Degrees), the Intermediate Degree (3 D Degrees), and the Advanced Degree (7 D Degrees). We also teach a Degree E (Master of Vocational Training). Therefore, the majority of the students attend Advanced Degree courses. Therefore, obtaining the ECHE Charter and participating in Higher Education initiatives was a priority for us. That is why, in addition to our own project, we are part of the Consortium for Higher Education coordinated by the Dos Hermanas City Council. The fundamental motivation for this project was, directly, teacher training, but also, on a secondary level, to raise European awareness among teachers. We are convinced that this will be reflected in the students' experience in the classroom. Our internationalization project cannot be imposed; it must be shared among the members of the advisory board (faculty) through their own experiences. It is they, our faculty and students, who create the need for us to apply for Erasmus+ projects each year. This is our main objective. Erasmus+ mobility is not an end in itself, but rather a necessary tool for growth as a school, for achieving an international dimension that opens minds and changes lives, as the Erasmus+ motto states. That is what we hope to achieve.
