Objectives

Upon implementation of the project, the institution set as its primary objective the improvement of students’ future employability, both at the national and international levels. Additionally, the project aimed to promote the acquisition of knowledge about other cultures and labour systems, as well as the opportunity to experience different learning methodologies and work practices. One of the key goals was also to strengthen students’ personal and professional networks. This international experience represented a valuable opportunity for personal and professional growth, allowing participants to develop within multicultural and diverse contexts. The internships carried out under the programme enabled students to enhance their social skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities, contributing significantly to their employability in both the national and European labour markets, thanks to the added value of Erasmus+ experiences. Furthermore, these mobilities allowed participants to gain deeper insights into other countries and cultures, while learning how to build and consolidate their own personal and professional networks, and to apply new approaches to learning and working. From the perspective of the teaching staff, the project aimed to maintain and strengthen the collaborative links with companies that have been involved since 2021, as well as to expand this network through cooperation with new organisations, particularly via other Erasmus+ project formats. In this regard, the incorporation of new companies and institutions as strategic partners for Higher Vocational Education and Training (VET) student placements was foreseen, promoting the sustainability and growth of the project through the active involvement of partners in related initiatives.
