Through the implementation of the staff training mobility project, the aim was to advance the school’s internationalization strategy by creating strong links with European educational institutions and companies, while strengthening teachers’ skills in an international context. Specifically, it was expected to: Gain first-hand knowledge of the working methods and organization of an educational centre in Galway (Ireland), as a reference of good practices applicable to our context. Strengthen the professional competences of the participating teachers through the training received and direct observation in an international setting. Establish contacts with local companies that could become host partners for future individual student mobilities. Prepare possible group mobilities, given that the school is beginning to implement this modality. Contribute to the consolidation of the Erasmus+ project within the school, ensuring a complete and efficient use of the allocated budget. Indirectly enhance the teachers’ English language competence, in order to facilitate communication with European partners and improve their capacity for managing international projects.
