With this programme, we hoped to launch teacher mobility programmes for training, just as we did this academic year. We believe this activity will be an incentive for teachers, who often feel disengaged in the Erasmus programme. Furthermore, the student mobility programmes carried out were all for internships, and this is likely our last project to offer only this type of mobility, as we have begun implementing combined mobility programmes in the 2024 programme. The initial objectives of sustainability and citizen participation have been better met than in previous projects. On the one hand, the destination chosen for all the mobility programmes in this year, Portugal, has allowed us to offer mobility programmes with a lower carbon footprint, as it is much closer to our centre. One step we plan to implement in future mobility programmes is to encourage students to travel by boat and sharing their own car if we maintain this destination. At the same time, the students have been working in hotels that are deeply committed to circular consumption, which has allowed them to learn firsthand about the environmental strategies implemented. Finally, in terms of citizen participation, the results obtained have been very satisfactory. In personal interviews, we detected greater involvement and awareness of European issues among the participating students. In one case, we even met a student who, after receiving a job offer from his internship company, returned in September to begin his professional career in Portugal. This step is significant for us because, although our students had received offers in the past, this was the first time one of them has accepted.
