The project aims to provide higher-level teaching staff with the opportunity to learn different techniques within a European company. This experience seeks to bring the teacher closer to the professional reality of another country, while also fostering the development of various competences, including entrepreneurial initiative. The main objectives of the project are: To become familiar with the company’s structure, organization, and operation. To develop and acquire different techniques that can later be applied in their home institution. To plan, coordinate, and lead Physical Conditioning activities. To comply with the company’s internal procedures and regulations. To discover a new culture and improve language skills. Establish a network of contacts with companies in the sector to which we can send students interested in pursuing training abroad through an Erasmus scholarship.
