With this project, we aim to achieve the following objectives for our students and faculty: 1. Improve the level of key competencies, which include the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for personal development, employability, social inclusion, and active citizenship. 2. Expand the technical knowledge students have acquired during their time at the institute. Working in a foreign company will provide them with the opportunity to learn new processes, which would otherwise be impossible. 3. Improve foreign language proficiency. 4. Enhance their sense of initiative and entrepreneurship. 5. Active participation in society and a better understanding of the European project, as well as the acquisition of European values.
