This project was launched with the aim of implementing a greater number of student mobility programs for internships than the previous academic year, and primarily for staff training. The project's main objectives were: - Obtain professional skills accreditation through the Workplace Training (WTC) module. - Improve language and soft skills (versatility, adaptability and communication, personal autonomy, decision-making, etc.), supporting the professional, personal, and social development of participants as European citizens, increasing their employability. - Provide IES staff with the opportunity to train in international companies, thereby improving their professional performance. - Contribute to the goal of internationalizing education at our IES, which will improve its quality.
