By implementing the project, we expected to contribute to the internationalisation process of our institution, offering students and staff the opportunity to take part in mobility periods at European higher education institutions. Through these mobilities, we aimed to improve participants’ linguistic, professional and cultural competences, enhance their employability and strengthen their European and civic commitment. We also sought to foster closer cooperation with partner institutions, consolidating strategic alliances that could boost the quality of our educational offer and reinforce our international projection. Another key objective was to identify and share examples of good practices in academic and organisational management, as well as to learn about successful initiatives in other European institutions that could be transferred to our own context. In particular, we were interested in the exchange of experiences related to the inclusion of people with disabilities and fewer opportunities, with the goal of improving our equity policies and ensuring that international mobility is accessible and enriching for all students. Overall, the project was intended to promote the modernisation of our institution, increase inclusion and equal opportunities, and encourage the recognition of learning outcomes and competences acquired in a European context.
