The Fundación Docete Omnes, through its Vocational Training Centre La Blanca Paloma, offers Higher Level Training Cycles (Ciclos Formativos de Grado Superior) in Sociocultural and Tourist Animation and Social Integration. These programmes, framed within the Higher Education stage, include a compulsory practical module called Work Placement in Companies (Formación en Centros de Trabajo - FCT), which takes place in professional companies and institutions. This project aims to achieve the following objectives: 1) Promote the international mobility of students and teaching staff from CDP La Blanca Paloma, facilitating training stays in relevant European companies and institutions aligning with their professional profiles. 2) Improve the quality and relevance of the educational offer, integrating the European dimension into the training itineraries and thus strengthening the added value of the centre. 3) Boost the development of students' professional, linguistic, and cultural competencies through practical experiences in real and multicultural work contexts, with the aim of strengthening their employability in a globalised job market. 4) Foster the continuous improvement of teaching staff through the exchange of methodologies, resources, and best practices with European organisations, enriching pedagogical practice with innovative approaches. 5) Consolidate the European cooperation network, based on years of institutional collaboration with partners from different countries, laying the groundwork for future joint initiatives within the Erasmus+ programme. 6) Facilitate access to the Erasmus+ programme for the greatest possible number of students through inclusive information campaigns and personalised sessions, removing motivational, linguistic, or administrative barriers, even if no mobilities with additional support for fewer opportunities were carried out this year. 7) Contribute transversally to the horizontal priorities of the Erasmus+ programme: a) Inclusion and diversity: While no mobilities for students with fewer opportunities were funded in this edition, awareness-raising and guidance activities were carried out to encourage their participation in future calls. b) Digital transformation: The use of tools such as OLS, virtual tutorials with the teaching team, digital completion of the EU Survey, and collaborative platforms for monitoring mobilities have been promoted. c) Green transition: The use of public transport has been encouraged, and students' environmental awareness has been fostered during the preparation of their stays. d) Democratic participation and civic engagement: Especially in staff mobilities, topics such as inclusion, international cooperation, and European values have been addressed. e) Strengthened international dimension: Mobility destinations have been diversified, broadening geographical horizons and strengthening the centre's international projection. f) Links with innovation and the professional environment: The connection between vocational training and dynamic European work contexts has been strengthened, allowing students and teachers to learn about new working methodologies, updated pedagogical tools, and innovative organisational structures. This project is aligned with the objectives of our institution's Erasmus Policy Statement and contributes to the European agenda for the modernisation of Higher Education, promoting equity, internationalisation and continuous improvement in employability and inclusion.
