For several years now, our educational institution, the Instituto de Educación Secundaria Avempace, has been enthusiastically managing the Erasmus+ Programme in both secondary education and Vocational Training (VT), achieving a very high level of satisfaction. Our setting is the Spanish city of Zaragoza, where we operate as a public institute offering Higher-Level Vocational Training in: Early Childhood Education (both in-person and distance learning), Sociocultural and Tourist Animation, Promotion of Gender Equality, and Social Integration. Consequently, all our students are adults, highly motivated, and possess a strong sense of social commitment, which is characteristic of their chosen fields of study. During this time, we have solidified collaborations with several trusted European partner centres for internships. However, we also constantly strive to find new organisations in different countries that work with various social groups and methodologies. We continuously aim to adapt to social changes and our students' demands to consistently adjust the opportunities available throughout their learning process. Several administrative tasks have been carried out. We maintain a transparent selection process managed by a specific committee. Several students were selected and awarded grants. Some of these students were more independent than others, so group and personalised monitoring was implemented, depending on their specific needs at any given time. We conducted fortnightly remote follow-ups with the students and their respective internship supervisors. Furthermore, our teaching staff visited a new Italian partner centre for a follow-up visit to meet the personnel and provide closer support to a specific student. Regarding staff mobility, two teachers received grants for training in the Reggio Emilia methodology in Italy. This experience proved to be highly satisfactory and inspirational for its subsequent implementation in the classroom. This academic year, we have incorporated and focused on the external dissemination of the programme via social media (Facebook and Instagram), where various posts documented its development throughout the school year. Dissemination was also conducted through a notice board, the school's annual report, and during the graduation ceremony attended by the students, the educational community, and their families. The most crucial element of our project is to provide enriching learning experiences for our educational community, coupled with strong emotional and pedagogical support from our centre, which will inspire them and ultimately enhance the professionalism of their training. In fact, our expectations have been met; our students have been enriched both professionally and personally, stating that it has been one of the best experiences of their lives. The pride and satisfaction of witnessing this and being able to assist them in the process is the greatest driving force for us to continue the effort and work involved in the Erasmus Programme and offer them these genuine life and learning opportunities. In short, our experience with the programme has been highly satisfactory for the students, staff, and partner centres. Therefore, we intend to continue working on it, constantly improving and strengthening the network to result in a better and more diverse offering for our students.
