By implementing this KA131 mobility project, we expected to: - Enhance the employability and professional development of our students in the Advanced Vocational Qualification in Teaching and Socio-Sports Animation, by offering them the opportunity to carry out their work placement (FCT) in European sports organisations and broaden their understanding of the sector. - Foster the acquisition of specific professional skills, such as planning and leading sports and physical activities in international contexts, managing multicultural groups, and applying innovative methodologies in socio-sports animation. - Develop key personal and transversal competences, such as autonomy, initiative, responsibility, intercultural communication, and teamwork. - Improve the linguistic competence of both students and teachers, especially in English, in order to strengthen their ability to communicate in international professional environments. - Strengthen the internationalisation of our school, by establishing and consolidating strategic partnerships with sports and educational institutions in other European countries. - Improve teaching practice through teacher mobilities in the form of job shadowing, which allowed us to observe good practices in host organisations, explore different pedagogical approaches, and transfer these innovations into our own educational project. - Promote European values and inclusion, reinforcing the idea that physical and sports activities are powerful tools for social integration and well-being.
