By implementing this Erasmus+ project as a higher education consortium, we aimed to achieve the following general and specific objectives, aligned with both our institutional strategy and the principles of the Erasmus+ programme and the European education agenda: - Ensure equity in access to international mobility opportunities, offering the same possibilities to all students and teaching and non-teaching staff, regardless of their geographical location, social background or educational profile. - Reduce educational inequalities between schools, especially those resulting from the size of the institution, the limited number of higher-level vocational programmes offered or the lack of previous experience in managing individual Erasmus+ projects. - Facilitate the participation of students with fewer opportunities, removing economic, geographical or social barriers that have traditionally hindered access to such experiences. - Promote inter-school collaboration within Escola Pia de Catalunya, fostering synergies, the exchange of good practices, and greater institutional cohesion around European programmes. - Increase the level of internationalisation of our educational institution, strengthening Escola Pia’s presence in European networks and consolidating our identity as a higher vocational education consortium. - Develop and enhance the digital competences of participants, promoting responsible, innovative and professional use of technology, both in the classroom and in the workplace. - Encourage motivation for lifelong learning among students and educational staff, as a result of the transformative experience of international mobility. - Foster the development of key transversal competences such as adaptability, problem-solving, teamwork, initiative, time management, and critical thinking. - Improve the language skills of participants, especially in English, but also in other languages used in host countries, as well as among staff involved in managing mobilities. - Strengthen the sense of European citizenship and knowledge of the European Union, promoting shared values such as equality, diversity, sustainability and democratic participation. - Introduce new innovative methodologies inside and outside the classroom, based on observation, experimentation, and direct engagement with other European educational and professional contexts. - Enhance the attractiveness, quality and European dimension of the training programmes offered by our schools, aligning the educational offer with the needs of the current labour market at local, national and international levels. - Establish a stable and lasting cooperation network among the consortium schools, with a joint and shared management model that allows the consolidation of this type of project in the long term. - Improve the quality of student reception and tutoring in European companies, encouraging active involvement of host organisations and promoting mechanisms for evaluation, monitoring and continuous improvement. - Increase the visibility and impact of the project, both within and outside our schools, reinforcing the perception of the added value of European programmes within our educational communities. - Boost the employability of students through international work-based experiences that enhance their competences and strengthen their professional profile. - Encourage the continuation of higher education studies among participants, especially in those cases where mobility has served as motivation to continue their educational path. - Expand our international network of contacts with new European partner organisations with which to build stable future collaborations. - Contribute to the improvement of the local business ecosystem, promoting knowledge transfer, methodological innovation and exchange of experiences through active participation in student hosting.
