Our school actively participates in the Erasmus+ programme as part of its internationalisation strategy and continuous improvement efforts. The implementation of international mobility projects enables both students and staff to discover new educational models and learn from the working methods of academically excellent institutions. This experience has a positive impact on internal processes and fosters collective reflection on the school's educational and organisational practices. Our involvement with Xarxa FP has allowed us to review the implementation of previous projects, share experiences with other institutions, and plan new initiatives at different educational levels. Sharing, presenting, and collaborating with other education professionals represents a highly enriching co-learning opportunity and contributes to improving the quality of teaching. The objectives guiding our participation in the Erasmus+ programme are: 1. To improve the educational community's understanding of European and international cooperation programmes and projects, including their characteristics and opportunities. 2. To promote the exchange of experiences and best practices between Catalan and European institutions focused on internationalisation. 3. To establish partnerships with companies, organisations, and institutions from other countries to facilitate mobility and educational cooperation. 4. To support institutions in the design, management, and monitoring of international projects by creating solid and efficient networks. 5. To assess the feasibility of our own projects by analysing their alignment with the institutional context and the school’s management capacity. 6. To encourage active participation in Erasmus+ projects by observing, listening, and collaborating with other institutions to identify best practices and adapt them to our own context. As part of the Erasmus+ programme, our center participates in project 2023-1-ES01-KA131-HED-000136315 (KA131), scheduled to run for two years (2023–2025). This project includes: - 8 student mobilities for internships in European companies. - 5 staff mobilities (teaching and non-teaching) for training activities in foreign institutions. The main goal of this project is to strengthen the students’ professional and transversal skills while supporting the professional development of our school staff. In addition, participation in this project helps consolidate the international dimension of our institution and establish strong collaborations with European partners in our training fields. Through this programme, our centre moves towards a more open, flexible, and internationally connected educational model, offering transformative learning experiences to both students and staff.
