The Erasmus+ project aimed to provide Higher Vocational Education students with the opportunity to undertake traineeships in European companies, enhancing their employability, language skills, and ability to adapt to different cultural contexts. At the same time, the project supported the professional development of teachers through job-shadowing activities abroad, which contributed to the incorporation of new methodologies and teaching approaches in our school. The project has also strengthened the European dimension of our institution, enriched the quality of our educational offer, and fostered closer cooperation with companies and organizations from other countries.
