The decisions made during the implementation of this project are based on the development of a comprehensive strategy for the internationalisation of the centre, a fundamental pillar that is guided by the ECHE charter and its objectives. This project is being developed in conjunction with other KA121, KA171 and KA202 programmes, which encourages the participation of the entire educational community and provides an international perspective. Through the development of this project, our centre has sought to: - Promote academic excellence and equal opportunities through access to transnational experiences that improve access to the labour market. - Enrich the curriculum through knowledge of new methodologies and innovative working procedures. - Foster cooperation with counterpart centres and innovative companies in our production sectors, focusing on the needs of the labour market. - Improve communication skills in Community languages to help students integrate into a global labour market. - Increase participation in projects and mobility programmes for both students and teachers. - Participate in international forums, building strategic relationships with other countries to discuss issues of common interest, promote cooperation on regulation and other issues, and resolve bilateral problems. - Promote agreements with entrepreneurs for the development of new technologies and cutting-edge research. - Improve the performance/international appeal of our centre so that it becomes an attraction for other European students. - Improve and systematise procedures for action and management. - Guarantee inclusive, sustainable, gender-equitable education and promote European citizenship. In order to improve operational procedures, ensure transparency and improve project document management, the processes have been included in our quality management system developed in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001, thus achieving digitisation of processes and greater sustainability. The Internationalisation Department remains active with scheduled hours and weekly meetings to improve the management process, providing support in areas such as: linguistic and cultural preparation of candidates (preliminary Italian and French courses and English and French level tests at the educational centre itself), logistical support for travel, finding accommodation and obtaining the TSA, processing insurance and recognition of mobility with a Europass mobility certificate, which promotes student safety and confidence, contributes to the success of mobility and encourages participation.
