The main objective of the project was to offer an Erasmus+ internship program that would add value to the universities in the consortium, allowing students to develop professionally in the field of European projects. It was hoped that, as a result, participants would not only develop technical skills, but also language and communication skills in an international environment. In addition, the aim was for students to establish professional relationships in their host organizations, which would significantly enrich their professional profiles and ultimately increase their employment prospects. EuGen (European Generation) provides support for the management of host institutions. EuGen is a non-profit social promotion and intermediation association in the organization of the consortium of higher education institutions called ‘Universities for EU projects culture’, approved in Italy since 2015. Students register on a platform from which they can access the different internship offers and contact the companies they are interested in directly.
