By implementing the project, we hoped to provide training opportunities for students and teachers in the school's higher education programs in a European and international environment. The project was part of the Serpis Secondary Education School’s strategy for the internationalization of education. Through this project, we hoped to achieve a series of key objectives, both individually for the participants and institutionally for our organization. Promoting International Mobility This included internship and training opportunities. Through these opportunities, we aimed to: • Expand students' learning opportunities in international contexts. • Promote the professional development of teaching staff through the exchange of best practices. Improving Skills and Employability The goal was to improve participants' linguistic, intercultural, and professional skills, strengthening their adaptability, employability, and European awareness. The stays abroad allow them to acquire key skills, such as: • Mastery of foreign languages. • Ability to adapt to multicultural environments. • Development of international professional networks. Strengthening the Institute's International Dimension The project was aligned with the strategic objective of strengthening our centre’s international reach through: • Consolidating alliances with foreign institutions. • Educational cooperation with educational centres from similar professional families. Boosting Educational Quality and Innovation The mobility of teaching staff contributed to the incorporation of innovative methodologies, promoting the modernization and continuous improvement of educational processes and institutional management. The participation of students with fewer opportunities was encouraged, guaranteeing equitable access to mobility. Institutional and Social Impact Finally, the project was expected to have a lasting impact on the educational community, generating a more open, inclusive, and international institutional culture. Similarly, it sought to contribute to building an active, supportive European citizenship committed to the common values of the European Union.
