About the project, we have set two main objectives: a) Teachers: Job shadowing. Training for curriculum and methodological design through observational learning. It encompasses three specific objectives: a.1 To observe innovative methodologies in internationally renowned centers related to our CFGS Early Childhood Education. a.2 To observe efficient methodologies in the relationship between companies and educational centers regarding Workplace Training. a.3 To observe companies in the sector related to the aforementioned courses that implement innovative practices. b) Students: Student mobility for internships in international companies. The specific objectives: b.1 To develop professional skills specific to their professional profile. b.2 To promote the development of skills related to any competent professional: autonomy, initiative, teamwork, and conflict resolution. b.3 To enhance the development of personal and social skills linked to learning foreign languages in international European contexts.
